There are many great local churches in the Capital Region, yet many well meaning Christians roam from church to church searching for that perfect fit. Unfortunately many never put roots down anywhere and fail to experience lasting growth or victory in their lives. No local church is able to meet everyone's personal needs especially as they change through the years. At Victorious Life we strive to help each believer understand their unique role and place within the Body of Christ. If you are looking for a church home, we offer the following to help you decide whether Victorious Life is the right local church for you.

You have a desire to grow in your devotion to Christ.

You believe that the local church should be a place to find love, encouragement, and the tools to live a life that pleases God.

You are someone who desires to use your God given talents and abilities to serve others.

You are a Troy resident with a desire to see your city and neighborhood transformed.

You live in a local suburb and believe that the church should be actively engaged in helping communities which lack resources.

You are a local college student looking for Christian friendship and discipleship.

You enjoy a multi-ethnic social atmosphere and enjoy getting to know people of different backrounds, culture and experience.

You desire to raise your children with Christian character and enjoy lasting Christian friendships.

You are an adventurous leader looking for a place to pioneer a new work or ministry.

You are motivated to help the poor and needy.

You want to be part of a church with a clearly defined mission.

If you can identify with any of these values, then Victorious Life may be a church you should prayerfully consider making your home.

At Victorious Life we believe that the church should be building meaningful relationships that help meet the spiritual and emotional needs of each person in the church. We believe that it is just as important to consistently meet in small groups as it is to come together corporately on Sunday mornings. Here at VLCC we see the church as a large extended family that is composed of many people from all walks of life and of every age and experience.

"As it is, there are many parts, but one body." (1 Corinthians 12:20) Because of this, we strive to encourage each part of the Body of Christ in a way that will best meet its individual needs. Each small group has a distinctive emphasis and shares the common goal of promoting spiritual growth. Groups are available for: teens, college students, men, women, married couples, prayer groups, and home-based Bible study groups. The end result of this ministry to individuals and families is a strengthening of the Body of Christ through committed fellowship, sincere encouragement, and a devotion to spiritual growth.
